hallo hallo!i'm stelle! an artist and self proclaimed e-clown who works in digital art and concepting!what i love about my artistry is the process it takes to learn the craft. studying form of both animate and inanimate objects, plus how things in our daily lives ebb and flow and being able to apply that to a static image made with my own two hands is so rewarding. plus i get to make my favorite characters kiss, isn't that neat.

Terms of Service

GENERAL

★ My TOS is subject to change at any time, and I will notify of changes.
★PLEASE DO NOT DM ME WITH REFERENCES PRIOR TO DISCUSSING WITH ME! regardless of if you have paid for a commission or not. it throws off my organization and I would rather keep references on the commission page as opposed to any dms.
★ I reserve my right to decline any requests

REFUNDS

★ 20% of the commission (a minimum of $5 USD) payment will be considered a NONREFUNDABLE down payment for your slot.
★ Down payment will only be refunded in the case of I, the artist, cancelling the commission.
★ Refunds will only be applicable if I haven't finished the line art, and you will be refunded the rest.

REVISIONS

★ Revisions are limited to 20 so long as I haven't finalized the sketch.
★ After I finish the lineart, revisions will be subject to a fee depending on the changes made.
★ If the client and I, the artist, cannot come to a decision before finalizing the sketch, I will cancel the commission with a full refund.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

★ Depending on the complexity and my real life circumstances, my turnaround time is an estimated 2 months, with a hard deadline of 3 months.
★ Any deadline under 2 weeks after payment will be subject to a rush fee of 30% of final price.

COPYRIGHT AND USE

★ NO TRACING, AI, OR NFTS.
★ Commercial usage is +50%, and includes Commercial Promotional and Commercial streaming rights.
★ Merchandise usage will have to be discussed prior to the commission and will require a separate contract
★ When posting to social media, please include art credit to velvetite.
★ Regardless of personal or commercial rights granted to the client, I, the artist, retain rights to display the artwork as part of my portfolio.
